How much of the profit will go towards SPANA's charitable
work?
Money spent for Happy Hooves gifts are treated like general donations. This means
that, based on our 2008 figures, for every pound received, 81p will go directly
to our charitable work, 2p will pay for the running costs of the charity, and 17p
will go towards raising another pound to help even more working animals.
If you buy our cards and traditional gifts, 100% of the profit made from these
goods will go straight to SPANA's work!

Do Happy Hooves gifts really go to where you say?
Every Happy Hooves gift featured is a real item or service utilised by our vets
and education staff in the field. To enable us to respond effectively to the varying
needs of working animals and the communities that rely on them, these gifts are
examples of what may be purchased.
The money raised from this initiative will be used to fund vital veterinary medicines,
equipment and services appropriate to the specific needs of animals in each of the
countries where SPANA operates.

an alternative option?
Yes, you can place your order by ringing 0870 067 0476 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm). You can also use this number to request catalogues and order forms.

When will I receive my gift items?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt, but please allow
up to 14 days for delivery (subject to all items being in stock).
If your order is for a special occasion or particularly urgent, please call 0870
067 0476 and we'll do our best to get it to you in time.

What is the cost of postage and packing?
Postage on all our Happy Hooves gifts is free of charge.
All orders that include our cards and gifts (with or without Happy Hooves gifts)
are charged a flat delivery rate of:
- £3.00 - UK
- £6.00 - Europe
- £6.00 - Outside Europe

Can my order be sent direct to another recipient?
All our products can only be delivered to the purchaser.
Our Happy Hooves gifts come together with a card, which you can personalise with
your greetings, and a branded envelope for you to send on.

What if I'm unhappy with my gifts?
We're sure you'll be delighted with your goods, but if you are unhappy with any
item for any reason, please call 0870 067 0476 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm) to
arrange a full refund.
